The Victor Planning and Zoning Commission is set to weigh in on multiple proposed developments on October 16th at 7:00pm.

The first agenda item is to consider a joint application to annex and rezone 80.81 acres. The proposed location is south of 7000S - between 1000W and 500W. The City of Victor is currently under contract to purchase the western 40.41 acres for use in the Wastewater Treatment Plan while the eastern half is proposed to be rezoned to RS-16 Single Resident Family. The application materials are linked here and the staff report is linked here.

Up next will be the public hearing for a preliminary plat application for a 37-lot subdivision located at 8470 S 1000 W. Formerly known as the Lush Woods Subdivision, the proposal for the Evergreen Subdivision was submitted by Cliffrose Management LLC. Review the application materials here and the staff report here.

The final hearing considers an application to rezone 7895 HWY 33 to CX Commercial Mixed Use. This request comes alongside a proposed development that would include a three-story, 90 room hotel with a pool and three mixed-use buildings containing commercial spaces and 92 apartment units. The staff report for this project can be found here and the application materials are here.
