Alexandria Workforce Housing /Live Oak Springs - Updates
Driggs PZC recommends DENIAL for Alexandria CUP for lack of information in many areas.
In other news... the "pending" Live Oak Springs development and Alexandria apartments are contingent on each other for access. Live Oak Springs submitted two different applications - one for annexation to the City of Driggs AND a subdivision application with the County. They also submitted a request for a will-serve letter from Driggs which Council had on their agenda to discuss at last night's meeting. Following numerous public comments regarding this last-minute agenda item and the fact that the Staff report does not recommend approval of the will-serve at this time, the applicant pulled that application.
