The influx of multi-family development proposals is skyrocketing! From CONCEPT to CONSTRUCTION, Victor and Driggs have (easily) over 2000 new units (apartments/townhomes/condos) either under construction, already approved, or in preliminary hearings. The Teton Region Housing Needs Assessment - completed in March 2022 - reads "Teton County ID would need about 1580 housing units with 950 priced below the current market rate to fill its need."
