“After more than a dozen years of use, some aspects of the Covenants, Conditions, and Restriction (CCRs) for our small Homeowners Association were in need of a refresh. Notably, with the change from a ‘development’ phase to an ‘operations’ phase, the Chilly Water CCRs needed revision to better protect resource values and position the community for the long term. The Board of Directors sought assistance for these revisions from VARD. That was a great decision!  As a Director and Officer of our HOA, I worked closely with Anna Trentadue who crafted an amended set of CCRs and supporting materials.
