You may be asking. “How can a developer purchase the last phase of Teton Creek Resort and put mobile homes onsite instead of condominiums like what’s seen in Phase 1?” The answer is: They really can’t.

Click here to read our October 8, 2020 comment letter in opposition to the plat changes proposed by the new developer of Teton Creek Resort which would enable to construction of 100+ mobile homes onsite. Our organization has now actively partnered with several Home Owner Associations abutting the property to combat this project which was originally intended to be stick-build condominium units, similar to what is seen in Phase 1 of the resort. Together, we have retained additional outside counsel with Givens Pursley in Boise, and have submitted this additional opposition letter to the Teton County.
