The NRO map has gone without updates for almost 20 years! Much needed current data was used to guide the creation of a new map that will be used to help advise land use and site planning decisions upon approval. The County Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the amended map in May and recommended adoption with modifications. The Board of County Commissioners will now hear recommendations from the Teton County Wildlife Advisory Committee based on data gathered from Idaho Department of Fish and Game and the Teton Regional Land Trust. Please review the materials, send in written comments, and/or attend the hearing to share your thoughts.

A developer is requesting a rezone from Industrial Flex to Commercial Heavy AND a Modification of Standards Request to build a 4,425 sq ft Maverik convenience store with two fueling dispenser canopies (one for passenger vehicles and one for larger vehicles) at the corner of HWY 33 and Larkspur Avenue.
