Driggs Council Holds Firm

In case you missed it, last night the Driggs City Council unanimously upheld their previous denial of the highly controversial Rivers West development proposal.

RIVER'S WEST RECONSIDERATION HEARING

The developer of the controversial Rivers West Subdivision has now filed arequest for reconsiderationof the Driggs City Council'sunanimous denialof his preliminary plat back in April. While Mr. Colby Hackbarth certainly has the right to pay the fee and submit a request for reconsideration by the Council, he only submitted a 4-sentence basis for his appeal.
